POLICY SUMMARY

1. We need first & foremost better politicians & a better SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT.
---- Socially we have advanced with the motor car, television, aeroplane & mobile phone.
----Economically we have advanced with computers & algorithms & zoom conferencing.
----But No Change in our SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT.

A new Constitution is needed which ABOLISH STATE GOVERNMENTS.

And better politicians by providing conditions for entry into politics:

-----at least 10 years in private business.

 -----maximum tenure of 2 terms.

-----paid average weekly earnings & superannuation benefits & other fringe benefits are  brought back into line with current living standards.

-----prohibit all political donations (parties to rely solely on member subscriptions  &individual candidates can receive a maximum membership fee of $100.00 from any one  person).

2. The central objective of GOOD GOVERNMENT is to look after its citizens.

----First, we need to rebalance individual mindsets—seek a better balance between rights  of individuals & respect for other individuals.

----How? By education from preschool & continuing through primary & secondary school.

----Result! A more intelligent society where a matter is examined & facts & circumstances  established before a decision is made. Rather than a “judgmental /instinctive” decision made  in haste & without due consideration.

A happier & more contented person enriched with gratitude.

Less anxiety, depression, mental illness, “keeping up with the Jones”, following  influencers & living another person’s life rather than their own. Being more honest &adaptable &  seeing & creating more opportunities & being more positive & doing more with your life each  day.

3. FINANCE: - provide a better & fairer system of social equality.

INDIVIDUALS: - Increase “base” government pensions from around $25,000 to $45,000 per  annum for each individual &

Up to $45,000 per annum tax free

 $45001 to $100,000 taxed at 10%.

 $100,001 to $200,000 taxed at 20%

 $200,001 to $300,000 taxed at 30%

$>$300,000 taxed at 45% (also introduce a wealth tax & a death tax from  say A$5 or $10 million & at the same time abolish the 45% tax rate).

PRIVATE COMPANIES: -

To $45,000 tax free (same as for individuals).

PUBLIC COMPANIES: -

 Flat rate of 30%

FOREIGN COMPANIES: -

Tax an agreed percentage of turnover on goods & services sold in Australia & paid  like GST quarterly

GST: -

Increased from 10% to 15 %. (exemptions could be given to certain persons by type  or amount).

4. HOUSING: -

CAUSE OF CURRENT CRISIS: - successive national governments over the last 20 or so years have accepted far too many wealthy Asian families into Australia & provided them with fast track citizenship solely because of their wealth.

Public infrastructure has been rolled out after the arrival of large numbers of immigrants (it  should have been done before or at the very least at the time of their arrival). It has been rolled  out at the expense of private development (housing in particular) as many private trade persons  have been “lured” to public sector projects by significantly higher wages & long term work.

SHORT TERM FIX: - rent bedrooms in already built homes & apartments & use caravans &  construct kit homes.

MEDIUM /LONG TERM FIX: - DECENTRALISE & develop bigger towns in selected towns & regions  in Australia.

5. INFRASTRUCTURE: -

(i)Housing should be built in selected regional towns in Australia. This policy would be much  preferred by ordinary Australian citizens to building up & out in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane. A  decentralised house & apartment building policy is now required in Australia.

(ii)Business concessions & incentives to various businesses to relocate to selected regional  towns. Workers & their families will follow again with concessions & incentives.

(iii) Uplift a number of selected smaller towns around Australia & develop them into “Retirement  Towns”. (modern, unique & a further choice against current retirement village living today).

(iv)Infrastructure today needs to be made solely by a national government. It is currently grossly  inefficient with high-cost overruns on a number of projects such as the SRL in Victoria. And the  current weakness of state governments such as Victoria to develop a world class second airport  & to either relocate the Port of Melbourne or redevelop the present location to encourage more  tourists & make the port more efficient & hence more profitable. And the City of Melbourne is  now in a complete mess with cars, bikes, trams & buses all on the same roads. Inefficient  planning too hastily conceived & not sufficiently considered today sees the best city in the world  fall dramatically.

6. EDUCATION: -

(i)Educate preschool & primary children about rights & respect—not just rights & also to be  honest.

(ii)Abolish interest on all HEC fees repaid in full within10 years from the date of the degree. (iii) Teach particularly preschoolers in smaller numbers of 2/3/4 persons.

7. HEALTH: -

A (i) Introduce “house maids” into our social & economic system to produce a more relaxed &  healthier “home atmosphere” & by doing so significantly reduce anxiety, depression, family  violence, suicide, crime by children, use of drugs, cigarettes & alcohol by children.

(ii) Take care of the preschoolers—teach them right from wrong. Create mindsets which extend  love & respect beyond the central family unit.

(iii)Take care of the family matters including food purchase, food preparation, house cleaning  & generally be the family coordinator “of all things”.

(iv)Finally, provide a choice with aged care & a 7/24 in house service.

B (i)small medical centres should be built in regional towns around Australia in the “Retirement  Towns”.

8. FOREIGN POLICY: -

(i)A NEUTRAL foreign policy for Australia.

(ii)Restructure & reconfigure the United Nations & transfer the “policeman” of the world duty  from the USA to the United Nations. (provide it with its own army, navy & air force).

(iii)Transfer the power & financial benefits of having the world number one currency to ideally a  basket of currencies traded under a new name & in which the monies derived from issuance &  trade transactions is shared by all peoples of the world.

(iv)Make the United Nations the controlling coordinator of all aid to third world & developing  countries & the support centre for all aid to assist a country & its people with a national disaster.

9. ENVIRONMENT & CLIMATE CHANGE & ENERGY: -

(i)Trial all energy options—nuclear, renewables, green hydrogen, biomass & geothermal energy.  In calendar year 2023 65% of our energy came from fossil fuels (coal, gas & oil).35% of our  energy from renewables (solar 16%, wind 12% & hydro 7%).

(ii)I am committed to supporting the current government policy to reduce green house gas  emissions by 43% from a 2005 standing by 2030.

(iii)Support Sea Forest Limited – an Australian company which uses a special type of seaweed  to reduce methane gas emissions from livestock by 98%.

(iv)Gas, Electricity, Water, Insurance, Mobile phone companies should all be compelled to  recognise LOYALTY. Every customer who renews his/her contract after being a client for 12  months or longer should receive the lowest annual payment for that year. (an algorithm simply  makes the calculation & each adjustment is paid out at the end of each 12-month period). A big  win for the consumer customer.

10. INDIGENOUS PERSONS POLICY: -

(i) Full recognition to indigenous persons in our new Constitution.

(ii)Commit to a micro analysis one on one interview with every indigenous person in Australia 10  years & older—a dossier on each indigenous person.

Today we have the technology with today’s computer & algorithms that was not available even 5  or 6 years ago. Review information sourced by various experts in their fields & create a  “blueprint” for the future that can be seen & followed by various future governments & all  interested persons.
